The Solution To The Failure Of The Operation Of The Buffer Hydraulic Cylinder

(1) If the control pressure of the hydraulic system is too low, it could be due to excessive throttling resistance in the control pipeline, improper adjustment of the flow valve, unsuitable control pressure settings, or disturbances in the pressure source. In such cases, it is necessary to check the control pressure source and ensure that the pressure is adjusted to the specified value for the system.
(2) If air enters the hydraulic system, it is likely due to a system leak. To address this issue, check the liquid level in the hydraulic oil tank, inspect the seals and pipe joints on the oil suction side of the hydraulic pump, and determine if the oil suction coarse filter is excessively dirty. If necessary, replenish the hydraulic oil, repair or replace seals and pipe joints, and clean or replace the coarse filter element.
(3) If the initial movement of the hydraulic cylinder is slow, particularly in low-temperature conditions, it could be attributed to the high viscosity and poor fluidity of the hydraulic oil. To improve this, consider replacing the current hydraulic oil with one that offers better viscosity-temperature performance, allowing for smoother and more efficient movement of the hydraulic cylinder.
