If necessary, replenish the hydraulic oil, repair or replace seals and pipe joints, and clean or replace the coarse filter element.
If the initial movement of the hydraulic cylinder is slow, particularly in low-temperature conditions, it could be attributed to the high viscosity and poor fluidity of the hydraulic oil. To improve this, consider replacing the current hydraulic oil with one that offers better viscosity-temperature performance, allowing for smoother and more efficient movement of the hydraulic cylinder.
